Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@theeditbyprudencebailey.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

For returns involving freight delivery, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take additional time to process.

Please measure before ordering as furniture and mirrors are final sale. 

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@theeditbyprudencebailey.com.

Damages

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it for you.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, please start a return for your original item. Once your return is approved for a refund, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
