Drop Shipping

All products are drop shipped by our vendors via the carrier of their choice. Shipping costs vary, depending on the size and fragile nature of the item. Please note that items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments if sourced from different vendors. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska at this time.

Items that ship via UPS, FEDEX or USPS will typically arrive within 7 business days, although we cannot be held accountable for delayed arrivals.

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment if they are from different vendors.

If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you within 24 hours M-F. 

At this point we only ship within the 48 contiguous states. We do not offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.

White Glove Delivery

Furniture and other oversized items will deliver via White Glove freight and will take longer to arrive. On average, freight shipments take up to 10 business days to ship plus the travel time, but is also dependent on your delivery location.

For delivery, you will be contact by the local delivery agent to set up your delivery day and time window.

Products requiring freight and/or white glove delivery will be a flat rate cost of $250.00. Items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS typically arrive within 7 business days, though delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
